Each loan will meet Ameritrust® guidelines to assure quality products; provide mortgage products that meet individual financial needs; we take steps to identify and eliminate fraud in our mortgage products.

Privacy and Security:
All loans are subject to the Ameritrust® privacy and security policy; at no time will we sell or rent our customer lists.

Training:
All employees attend university-style training to support our vales of personal growth and to equip our employees to provide the best service and quality loans.

Process and Procedure:
Ameritrust® ensures the most stringent procedures when processing a loan; each loan is assigned to a team which moves the loan through the process.
