I dealt with one of the most compassionate people, a Mr. Craig Furr. I had gone through some bad times with the extended illness (9 yrs) and death of my beloved wife of 44 years at age 62 two years ago. Her illness had caused us major financial problems that I had finally worked through. I wasn't sure that I would be able to refinance, but he assured me that if there was a way that he would help me find it. He was very compassionate and understanding about what I had gone through, and wanted to make sure that we got the right deal for me. I was leary of dealing with someone I found on the internet, but Craig and Ameritrust renewed my faith in humanity. I just hope you other loan officers are as compassionate and understanding as Craig. In this day of tragic illnesses, economic disasters, and natural disasters, we need a human voice on the end of the line like Craig. At least we know we aren't going to be on hold for hours, or talking to someone who we cannot understand what we are trying to tell them or they are trying to tell us. If I ever decide to refinance, or hear of a friend that needs to, you bet I will recommend Craig and Ameritrust.

What made Craig Hall stand out from all the other company reps calling me .. was his simple question. "What can put a smile on your face ?". I told him .. he said ok .. and less than 2 weeks later he followed through. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear...he told me straight up. Wow! What a concept in today's financial dealings that are filled with fluff and no stuff.

I dealt with one of the most compassionate people, a Mr. Craig Furr. I had gone through some bad times with the extended illness (9 yrs) and death of my beloved wife of 44 years at age 62 two years ago. Her illness had caused us major financial problems that I had finally worked through. I wasn't sure that I would be able to refinance, but he assured me that if there was a way that he would help me find it. He was very compassionate and understanding about what I had gone through, and wanted to make sure that we got the right deal for me. I was leary of dealing with someone I found on the internet, but Craig and Ameritrust renewed my faith in humanity. I just hope you other loan officers are as compassionate and understanding as Craig. In this day of tragic illnesses, economic disasters, and natural disasters, we need a human voice on the end of the line like Craig. At least we know we aren't going to be on hold for hours, or talking to someone who we cannot understand what we are trying to tell them or they are trying to tell us. If I ever decide to refinance, or hear of a friend that needs to, you bet I will recommend Craig and Ameritrust.

We have dealt with some nice people before, but Mr. Henley went over and beyond to match us up with our loan. He was very professional and up front on all counts of our loan. He called me back within minutes, not hours or days. We could not have done this without Mr. Henley and we are so happy to be in a better financial situation. What made Craig Hall stand out from all the other company reps calling me .. was his simple question. "What can put a smile on your face ?". I told him .. he said ok .. and less than 2 weeks later he followed through. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear...he told me straight up. Wow! What a concept in today's financial dealings that are filled with fluff and no stuff.

I recommended Michelle to a lot of friends and family. After going through a messy Bankruptcy a few years ago, I had no idea that my credit was on the way to recovery so fast.
