My Loan Officer Ylber Bugija, and his assistant Angela Thornton, did an exceptional job! The one minor hitch that we came across, a documentation issue on the part of the appraiser, was handled as expeditiously as possible by Ylber, and because of his efforts resulted in only a minor delay in closing. The level of informativeness and professionalism exhibited by Ylber and Angela, in my opinion, is a great credit to Ameritrust. Given the opportunity I will recommend Ameritrust, and Ylber in particular, to my friends and family for their future mortgage needs.

From day one, John Morgan (and assistants) kept my fully up to date with the needs to close my loan.
I was extreemly cautious initially of the "on line" process - however after working with John and staff - Ameritrust blew away any fear or doubts I had about completing the refi process. I consider the process to be execeptional within the customer service area - If necessary, I'd do the whole process again through Ameritrust.

I just wanted to thank you again. I am now a Certified Notary Signing Agent. I have a web page, www.asheville-notary.com and I have already completed a couple of loans. Of course any input is appreciated, but I just really wanted to thank you for suggesting that I look into being a Signing Agent. You truly touched our lives and started a wonderful thing for me! My husband is not an "easy" person, especially when it comes to legalities, and you did an excellent job!!!

He made my loan process much easier than I thought it would be, being easy to talk to, more like talking to a friend than actually being pushy like other people in the same business (different company) I previously had spoken to.
