We had, as I'm sure a lot of your clients do, special circumstances and needs. Self employed with a high interest rate and not a lot of money to put down. You ran our credit and told us what you could do to help us. I had my doubts but you never wavered. You were resilient. All we had to do was stay by the phone and get you the paperwork you needed. One month almost to the day, we closed our new loan, right in our own living room.
Kara, you and Ameritrust are what the mortgage business is all about and should be all about - professional, honest, timely and, last but not least, caring.

Patrick was always there when I had a question and answered almost like he was always at work. I had requested the funds to be direct deposited, but they were shipped overnight. There was no one available to sign and Patrick worked and got me my funds direct deposited that day. He was a great help and would not hesitiate to come back to Ameritrust with people like Patrick working for you.

WOW where do I start when rates went down Nikki call me to let me know what they were at and how I could save so much money in the long run and lower my payment. Nikki has been such a blessing to work with once again. She did not forget me she told me I could call her anytime even if it was 3:00 am on a Sunday. Nikki Jones was the only one I work with. WOW I am not sure where to start I had Nikki Jones working with me and she had taken so much time for me and always call me back sent me emails and keep me up to date and got me in a 30 year fix rate that will meet my needs and I was able to pay off all my bills. Nikki was a God sent. She works well with people and take her time to make sure you understand what is going on I was blessed to have her do my mortgage.
