- Account Executive Corporate Office - Charlotte, NC
- Perform Business Development by forming relationships with Realtors, Small Banks, Credit Unions and HR Departments. Outside sales calls as well as inside relationship calls and pipline management reporting. Must be accessible to clients. Obtain customer information and enter into Leads 360 system. Transfer customer information to designated inside team of Loan Officers to complete borrower application and qualify borrower for loan program. AE will be responsible for maintainence and follow up on pipeline, manage borrower status throughout the loan process and report status back to client.
More Information - Underwriting Manager Corporate Office - Charlotte, NC
- Underwrites residential mortgage loans in accordance with Fannie Mae, FHA/HUD and internal guidelines ensuring compliance with company and investor standards. Has current in-depth experience and complete knowledge of Fannie Mae and FHA/VA lending guidelines and understands how those relate to internal and investor guidelines. Able to clearly communicate FHA/VA, corporate, and investor guidelines to customers, loan processors, and sales associates. Able to make timely, accurate decisions on all Fannie Mae and FHA/VA transactions. Acts as secondary review and escalation point for conventional loans and government loans. Has thorough knowledge of complex personal and business financial analysis and expertise in tax return and balance sheet analysis. Provide training/mentoring to underwriters, loan processors, and sales associates. Must have valid DE/CHUMS ID.
Position will require successful results in delegation test cases.
